"It's been nearly 26 years, but Jo Anne Schneider vividly remembers that late, crazy night before Bentley's House of Coffee & Tea opened for business. Aside from drinking coffee, Schneider had no experience in the java biz or even the restaurant industry. She'd never even had espresso. So she and friend and business partner Willow Bentley pulled an all-nighter learning how to make all kinds of caffeinated drinks."
